Mark Fecteau has over 20 years’ experience in the employee benefit space, with a special focus on serving the unique needs of small businesses. Mark is Vice President of Small & Specialty Sales in MetLife’s Group Benefits organization.

Mark and his dedicated team of small business experts are focused on serving employers with less than 100 employees as well as providing benefits through general agents (GA), third-party administrator (TPA) relationships, professional employer organizations (PEO) and associations and trusts. Prior to this role, Mark served as Vice President of Distribution Development, managing a team that was responsible for providing benefits through communication firms, marketplaces (exchanges) and benefit administration platforms.

Mark previously served as Regional Director of the New England marketplace in MetLife’s Regional Market for ten years. During this time, he was focused on serving employers with 2 to 4,999 employees. Mark started his career with MetLife in 1999 as an Account Executive in the Boston Office. Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME. He is a Registered Principal of MetLife.
